A notebook, pen, and your decision about the kind of person you want to be. Here, I will use Sokuryo Yacho, a compact and portable notebook. The thick, firm cover is excellent to use while exercising at the gym or during outdoor activities.
Decide what to record:
If you go to the gym to exercise, record what you worked on, the weight of the equipment used, and such. Also, write about your conditions and challenges for future improvement. If you are trying to lose weight, keeping track of your meals and weight is also a good idea!
You can use the Exercise notebook to record various activities.
For example, if you like running, keep track of the distance and courses you ran. If you like mountain climbing, record which mountains you climbed, with notes on elevation, views, and impressions. Keep them fun to look at with sketches and text!
